How to Order

If you wish to purchase a gift voucher please email us at info@mobilecarspa.co.uk

Alternately check out the contact us page of the website to contact your local car care professional direct.

Please state the make and model of the vehicle as well as the type of valet or detailing treatment you wish to purchase a gift voucher for so that we may customise the gift voucher for your vehicle size and treatment requirements. We will require the full address for which you require the gift voucher to be posted to.

Please ensure the recipient's address is within the area that your chosen car care professional covers, please see the maps on their contact page.

Payment can be made via bank transfer and the gift voucher will be posted out 1st class to the address provided.

Voucher terms and conditions

  1. Gift vouchers should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  2. Cash value equivalent to 0.0001 pence.
  3. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash & is non-returnable or transferable.
  4. Vouchers which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted.
  5. The voucher must be redeemed within 12 months of the 'valid from' date.
  6. Gift voucher redemption is restricted to the area highlighted on the map found on the 'Contact Us' section of the website and are not area transferable.
  7. Heavily soiled vehicles may include a surcharge at point of redemption of gift voucher.
  8. Mobile Car Spa reserve the right to change the terms and conditions as necessary.
