How to order

Three steps, and the voucher is on its way.

    Tell us what you need

    Email us at info@mobilecarspa.co.uk with the make and model of the vehicle and the valet or detailing treatment you would like, so we can customise the voucher to the vehicle size and treatment. Include the full address the voucher should be posted to.

    Check we cover the area

    Please make sure the recipient's address is within the area your chosen car care professional covers. The maps are on their contact page, and you are welcome to contact them direct rather than emailing us.

  3. 3

    Pay, and we post it out

    Payment can be made by bank transfer. Once it clears, the gift voucher is posted first class to the address you provided.

Voucher terms and conditions

The small print that comes with every Mobile Car Spa gift voucher.

  1. Gift vouchers should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  2. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-returnable and non-transferable.
  3. Vouchers which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted.
  4. The voucher must be redeemed within 12 months of the ‘valid from’ date.
  5. Gift voucher redemption is restricted to the area highlighted on the map found on the Contact Us section of the website, and vouchers are not area transferable.
  6. Heavily soiled vehicles may incur a surcharge at the point of redemption.
  7. Mobile Car Spa reserve the right to change these terms and conditions as necessary.
